Just a quick note to thank you so much for organising and staging our wedding. It was the most beautiful
day and I cant believe it happened so effortlessly on my side!! The Chapel looked beautiful, as did the venue,
and the food was absolutely delicious! There are two things that stood out for me in the sea of excellence,
and that was.

a) The service. Your staff are SUPERB! Patrick was an absolute delight to work with and every waitron who
     helped us was charming, helpful and efficient. They were unobtrusive but available in a flash if you needed
     something - Sarel and I even got sherry brought to us on a tray at the OTHER side of the dam whilst we
     were having our photographs taken!! (we have a photo of that!)

b) The Honeymoon suite.. arriving at 12H00 and stepping into this suite took my breath away! I felt like a
     princess. Getting ready in such an exquisite place made the whole experience out of this world. When
     we dragged ourselves back at midnight, there were petals up the stairs, a beautiful hot bath poured for
     us with bubbles, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, and rose petals, champers on ice, etc etc.

It was the most wonderful end to our really very special day. It was such a pleasure to deal with you, and your calm efficiancy made me feel the whole thing was under control at all times, leaving me free to deal
with the move etc. On a personal note, I wish you well for your future. Your time is so close I can smell
it xx

Saturday 21 November 2009.

Due to the nature of my work I have been involved in the organisation of many conferences, seminars and
functions throughout our country, neighbouring states and abroad and I must state that in comparison the
quality of you staff and service was “ Nulli Secundus “ meaning second to none.

The beautiful setting, tranquillity and the immaculate maintenance of the property at Toadbury Hall can only
be surpassed by the excellence of your staff. I have yet to work with a person as professional, committed
and well organised as Sue Wells. Her immediate attention to every detail, her firm diplomatic advice,
exceptional organisational ability and excellent guidance accompanied by her warm friendly manner all
contributed to the happy and most successful occasion. All our guests and family were most complimentary
for which we attribute much to your staff.

Everyone who was involved with Sean Raynard had only the highest praise for this young man who in turn
displayed many of the above qualities with his ready smile, willingness to respond to any requirement and
calm competent organisational ability . Sean contributed much to that happy and most memorable day.

Their example and that of their assistants was evident in all your staff with this characteristic frequently
commented on by most of our guests and family.

The above should not be construed as parents and a bridal couple, merely being emotional due to the very
happy day where everything went off without the slightest flaw but rather as a most sincere and honest effort
to thank your staff, After the days of heavy rain I would not be surprised if the extreme efficiency of your
staff was not involved in arranging the perfect weather !

I would just like to say a huge thank you on behalf of Stuart and I. Our experience at Toadbury was truly
out of this world! Right from the beginning when we first booked the venue to when we left on Sunday
morning. You handled everything so professionally and I truly felt relaxed and that everything was in
completely capable hands at all times.

A special mention needs to be made to the chef! The food was phenomenal! Everyone has told me, not
just how good it was – but how absolutely incredible it was! Really it was absolutely delicious. Also a
mention to Tobias who was up until past 4am and then bright and breezy the next day for breakfast –
his service was fantastic. Sean too did a fantastic job and we thank him very much for keeping order and
waiting until so late to let us into our room. We felt completely spoilt and special when we got back to our
room to a bubble bath and petals and champagne – really such a treat for us, and completely unexpected.

And finally to you Sue, I thoroughly enjoyed working with you and thank you so much for your patience
and dedication. It was truly the most special day of our lives, it was absolutely perfect! Thank you for
everything!

I will take care of payment this week and send you confirmation when I can. Ps the slip slops are mine
I will collect these when I get a chance, I think there are still tea lights from the florist that I need to
collect too?

Toadbury on Friday 17 th until the time we left on Sunday, everything was easy, stress-free and absolutely

We were all ready 45 minutes early which says a lot for how smoothly everything ran!

We have heard of the trauma's and difficulties, the tantrums and tears when organising a wedding, but

We just got back from our honeymoon, Mauritius was awesome, a real paradise. The weather was great, hotel was just super, we really had a great time, relaxing, resting and me of course getting the best out of
the Mauritian spa. We once again would like to thank you for assisting and coordinating our special day.
We truly enjoyed every moment of the day. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent, complements
to the chef. The staff was very professional, going an exra mile to see to our needs.

All of our guests were just amazed. We were able to show off South Africa despite everything that is being
said about our beautiful country. Thanks again Sue and Toadbury for a memorable wedding. We have
attended many weddings and we think ours was the best!!!! We will send you some pics once they are

It was honestly the best day we could have wished for, and this was really made possible by yourself.
Your banqueting manager (I am sorry, I have completely forgotten his name) was absolutely superb and

Being in the service industry myself, my standards are generally very high, and I have to say that you
guys have all surpassed that and just made it the best and easiest day ever You can definitely rate

My husband and I would like to compliment your entire staff for the manner in which they handled our daughter's wedding on the 18 th November.

From the very beginning, we were dealing with Sue Wells, whom we cannot praise highly enough for her efficiency, professionalism and yet caring nature throughout the months of planning.  She definitely went
the extra mile in ensuring that our wedding turned out beautifully.- despite the bucketing rain that decided
to appear half an hour before the service was due to take place!  There was Sue and your staff, all rallying
around, trying to get the entourage into cars and to the chapel, without everyone being drenched.  She
remained cool, calm and collected (well she appeared to be), and helped me through the situation, as I
was devastated when the heavens opened up at just about the moment everyone was due to arrive at the
chapel.  Sue was great.

Your catering/function staff deserve a big thank you as well.  Dale held it together, even though the wedding
had run 40 minutes because of the deluge, even though one of the guests collapsed into a faint, and
promptly brought up (nearly onto the Wedding Cake), and even though all the electricity went out.  !!  My
congratulations to your kitchen staff for serving a superb meal under such trying conditions.  Caroline
was particularly attentive.

To my great disappointment, the breakfast for nearly 30 people, was also spoilt, as yet again, it was raining
and had to be held indoors instead of outside under the trees.  Patrick rose to the occasion though and
deserves a big mention as well.

We would also like to thank Kim for stepping into the gap, when Sue was not available, and her assistance
on the big day as well.

All in all, a great team!

Thank you all for making it such a happy and memorable occasion for our family.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff involved in organising Michelle and Scott’s
wedding. The entire event ran so well, service was excellent, many compliments were received from
guests on the quality of the meals and we truly enjoyed the wedding.

Honeymoon and we can't believe that everything is already over and we are back in this cold London
